Spring Semester:                January 11 – June 4, 2021

     Spring Break:                March 29 – April 2, 2021

Masterclasses will be held during the first week of every month and replaces the normal lesson for that week. 

The week of masterclass will be the best time for make-up lessons to occur.

STUDIO POLICIES

Tuition Payment

Tuition payments can be made once a semester or once a month. Monthly payments are due at the first lesson of each month.  You will receive an early pay discount if tuition is paid by the first of the month. We can accept tuition payments of cash, check, bank bill-pay and through the Zelle app (similar to Venmo and Cash App).

Tuition Assumptions   

Your tuition reserves you a weekly time slot and membership within the studio. Tuition also includes use of the lending library of music and recordings, as well as use of studio ipads.

Lesson Cancellations

Private Lessons:

Two student cancellations will be permitted per semester if 48 hours notice is given. Lessons can only be rescheduled pending studio availability and it will be the student’s responsibility to reserve a time. Please visit brandonbascommusic.mymusicstaff.com to view and select the available make-up lesson times. Any additional missed lessons, or lessons cancelled less than 48 hours prior will not be made up. This includes illness, sports, extra-curricular activities, etc. Makeup lesson credits will expire at the end of every semester.

If a student is more than 15 minutes late for their lesson, the lesson will be cancelled. Missed lessons will not be made up. 

All teacher cancellations will be made up.

Masterclasses:

Switching times for Masterclasses can only be allowed with approval from Dr. Bascom. If you miss Masterclass, the time will not be made up.

Studio Cancellations

30 days notice is required if a student decides to discontinue lessons with Brandon Bascom Music.
